Weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions may be offered. Exact prices, currency, introductory offers, and trial details appear on the purchase screen inside the app and may vary by territory.
1. Paid Access
A paid subscription may be required to use some or all features of You, including ongoing access to AI meal analysis, scoring, guidance, and community-related features.
2. Plans
You may offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans. Availability and pricing are shown in the app before purchase.
3. Billing Through Apple
All subscription purchases are billed by Apple using the payment method associated with your App Store account. We do not directly collect your full payment card information.
4. Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration as the original subscription term. Renewal charges are applied by Apple according to Apple’s billing flow and the purchase terms shown at checkout.
5. Cancellation
Subscription cancellation is managed through Apple. You can cancel by opening your iPhone Settings, selecting your Apple Account, and reviewing your subscriptions, or by using the App Store subscription management flow.
Canceling stops future renewals but generally does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless Apple provides otherwise.
6. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the specific terms will be presented at purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial or introductory period ends, Apple may convert the offer into a paid subscription automatically.
7. Price Changes
Prices may change from time to time. Apple will manage notice and consent requirements for subscription price changes where applicable.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We cannot guarantee refunds for purchases processed through Apple.
9. Service Changes
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the service. This can include changes to available subscription features, provided that we comply with applicable law.
