By using You, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you subscribe through Apple, additional Apple terms may also apply to your purchase.
1. Eligibility and Platform
You is intended for users who can form a binding agreement under applicable law. The app is currently offered for iPhone only and in English (US) only.
2. Service Description
You is a goal-based nutrition tracking service that allows users to create accounts, set goals, upload meal photos, receive approximate nutritional estimates and meal scores, share recipes, and participate in public community features.
Nutritional values, scores, and advice generated by the app are estimates only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular individual or situation.
3. No Medical Advice
You is not a medical service, medical device, or provider of medical or dietary treatment. Content in the app is for informational and general wellness purposes only.
Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized dietary advice. Always seek guidance from a qualified professional for medical or nutrition concerns.
4. Accounts and Sign in with Apple
You may need an account to use some or all features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
The app supports Sign in with Apple. Your use of Apple account features is also subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
5. Subscriptions and Paid Access
Access to the service may require a paid subscription. Weekly, monthly, and annual subscription options may be offered. Pricing, trial availability, renewal timing, and promotional terms are presented at purchase inside the app.
Payments, renewals, and cancellation are managed through Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple’s processes and settings.

6. User Content and Community
You may submit content such as meal photos, recipes, captions, comments, feedback, or profile information. You retain rights you may have in your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.
Public community content may be visible to other users. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Share misleading nutrition, health, or recipe content intended to deceive others.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or access the service without authorization.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Use the app in a way that could cause harm to yourself or others.
8. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, or report content, and suspend or terminate accounts, when we believe it is appropriate to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate reports, or comply with law.
We are not obligated to monitor every interaction or piece of content, and moderation decisions may be made at our discretion.
9. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party providers, including Apple, Supabase, and OpenAI. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
The You service, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the service.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or the accuracy of analysis results, nutrition estimates, scores, or community content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMWLLM Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMWLLM Studio and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users, or misused the service.
Account deletion requests are addressed according to our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.
15. Governing Law
These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
